About CITITECH
Hi, I'm Joel Pfyffer, owner of CITITECH. I'm a CompTIA A+ and Server+ certified IT professional based in Mooresville, NC.
For 21 years I have run a local LKN business, where I was also the IT administrator, keeping Windows systems, POS and payment terminals, networking, Wi-Fi, and backups running in a fast-paced environment where downtime wasn't an option.
Before that, I worked in IT at Qwest Communications, GDSS, EDUCOM, and the American Chemical Society. Today I bring that same practical, no-nonsense approach to homes and small businesses: plain-English explanations, honest advice, and fixes that last.
